Prime Settlements will no longer be accepting instructions in settlement and conveyancing matters.

Any new settlement and conveyancing enquiries received from this date will be referred to Ing Settlements, operated by licensed conveyancer, Sarah Ing who you have been dealing with throughout her years of employment with Prime Settlements.

This change will not affect any existing matters currently being handled by Prime Settlements, which will continue to be managed through to completion as arranged.For clients referred to Ing Settlements, Sarah is happy to honour Prime Settlements’ current professional fee pricing of $880.00 (incl. GST plus disbursements) for sale settlements and $990.00 (incl. GST plus disbursements) for purchase settlements.
